Earlier this month we’ve launched the DigitalMaas Platform version 5.32.2 with a host of new features. We’ve listened to our customers and worked hard to deliver these updates in time for the new month.
What’s New:
Portfolio Audit
See a combined summary report of all your locations audit results, giving you the necessary overview of elements that require improvement and optimisation.
View Audit History
Do you want to do an audit but can’t remember when was the last time you did one? With this new feature, you can now see a list of your audit history with the date it was audited and overall grade.
Exclude Closed Locations for Bulk Posting
Don’t want to post on closed locations anymore? We added a feature just for that. Exclude temporarily closed and permanently closed locations on bulk post.
Business Status
We added a business status just underneath your location’s name and address of temporarily closed and permanently closed locations.
Bulk ‘Mark Business As’
With a simple click, mark your locations as open, temporarily closed or permanently closed. In bulk.
Location Filtering
Filter your list of locations on your Overview dashboard by opening the ‘Info’ tab. Filter them according to their status – Open, Temporarily Closed, Permanently Closed, Not Connected.
Share New Review Link
We’ve added a way for you to give your customers a link to quickly leave your business an online review. Give the link and get the feedback you need.
Change Password
Can’t remember your password? Can’t log in your DigitalMaas Platform account? Change your password easily with this new feature.
What’s Fixed:
- Enhanced Metrics & Reviews – Faster syncing, faster data retrieval to make more efficient business decisions.
- GMB Media Upload – We heard you and we delivered. You can now upload, remove and update your profile photo, cover photo and all types of GMB photos instead of logging into each of your Google My Business Manager accounts.
